Salon & Spa Etiquette
Booking
Advanced bookings are highly recommended to obtain your desired appointment date and time. If your preferred date is not available, we would be happy to book you with another artist, as well as place you on a cancellation list where you will be notified of any appointments that become available.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This will allow us to fill the spot within a reasonable amount of time, and book your next appointment with your stylist or esthetician.
Punctuality
Your experience begins when you walk through the door. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself the luxury to unwind and enjoy a sip of coffee or tea. We promise, this will only enhance your visit with us!
Gratuities
Salon treatments do not include gratuities. In appreciation for the outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. You may leave a cash tip with the receptionist upon payment of your services. We regret that gratuities may not be added to debit cards or credit cards.
Finally
In order for you to experience the greatest benefits from your visit at Headlines Salon & Spa, we kindly request that you turn off your cell phones and pagers, and leave your children at home so you can fully enjoy your visit at Headlines.
